Returns will be accepted if received within 14 days of the shipment date.
You may return your purchase to marcellelove.com (the address is listed below) for a refund less applicable shipping costs.
However, if the return of the purchased merchandise; is a result of our error you will receive a complete refund.

MARCELLELOVE.COM WILL HONOR EXCHANGES ONLY IF ITEMS ARE THE WRONG SIZE, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, BE IN ORIGINAL AND HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
Directions on Packing and Sending Your Return.
1. Tear the return shipping label & return section from the right side of this sheet.
2. Complete the return section below the label.
3. Pack up items, along with the enclosed invoice, securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in and must re-package all goods as they were received: original bags, hangers, tag etc.
4. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Receipt of Your Return
Marcellelove.com will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days of our receiving your return (excluding any shipping charges you opted for) unless the return is due to our error.
If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
United Parcel Service and Fed-Ex do not deliver to P.O. addresses.
